Honours an outstanding submission by a researcher within five years of completing training.
Recognises the most original and impactful poster presentation, judged on site by the Scientific Committee.
Yes. There is no strict limit on the number of abstracts a single author may submit, although the same presenting author should typically present no more than two accepted abstracts.
Registration is not required to submit an abstract, but the presenting author must complete Congress registration before the early-bird deadline once an abstract is accepted.
Accepted abstracts will be allocated to one of three formats — oral presentation, poster, or e-poster — by the Scientific Committee. You may indicate a preference at submission.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English, the working language of the Congress.
Authors will be notified of decisions by email at the notification date listed above. Decisions are final and at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
